About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Regional Business Manager - Midatlantic to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a life sciences environment.

Compensation
$240,000 – $280,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Shape the Territory Account Manager organization to enhance the standard of care in CAD diagnosis
- Hire, train, coach, and develop Territory Account Managers to drive performance
- Develop and execute business plans in strategic accounts to boost the company adoption
- Create innovative programming to engage ordering physicians effectively
- Facilitate collaboration with cross-functional teams for program development and customer support
- Maintain strong relationships with key clinical stakeholders and referring physicians
- Evaluate the success of Territory Account Manager performance using specific metrics
Qualifications
- 4-year degree plus 5+ years sales/clinical experience or 2-year degree plus 7+ years related experience
- Preferred background in Science, Medical, Business, Marketing, or Technical field
- Experience in medical device or cardiology pharmaceuticals is a plus
- Proven sales management and account development experience
- Familiarity with hospital workflows and introducing new cardiovascular technologies preferred
- Excellent verbal/written communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities
