Job Objective
Collaborates with clinic leadership to oversee and manage financial performance in the ambulatory setting. Monitors and analyzes operational business metrics to ensure clinics are providing quality care in a way that is financially sustainable. Partners with Finance, Professional Billing and Payer Relations departments to address billing concerns, identify cost mitigation efforts, and propose new revenue streams.
Responsibilities
- Maintains and monitors financial performance metrics for clinics.
- Analyzes operational business metrics to ensure clinics provide quality care while maintaining financial sustainability.
- Presents data-driven insights to clinic leadership to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborates with Finance, Professional Billing, and Payer Relations teams to resolve billing issues and improve efficiency.
- Identifies opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions.
- Develops and implements strategies to optimize clinic operations and financial outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare finance or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial reporting and analysis tools.
- Experience working with healthcare billing systems and payer relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Qualifications

Pay
Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
