About the role
The regional business development lead will grow revenue across the local market for Virtualite Business Process Outsourcing Services. This role is ideal for a sales professional with a track record in relationship-driven selling and consultative business development.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a defined regional sales territory
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and referrals
- Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with business owners and key stakeholders
- Understand client operations and recommend customized service solutions
- Build, maintain, and forecast a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client success
Requirements
- Experience in regional, territory, or outside sales roles is a plus but not required
- Strong relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage territory planning and sales cycles independently
- Self-motivated, organized, and performance-driven
- Comfortable with travel within an assigned region
