Regional Brand Manager (Sales)
About the role
evo is looking for a Regional Brand Manager (Sales) to drive growth across their Western North America territory, which includes the western US and Canada.
Responsibilities
- Drive new salon acquisition
- Activate distributor sales teams and create commercial momentum
- Increase engagement with DSC programs and initiatives
- Support education, events and brand-building activity
- Identify opportunities to strengthen salon loyalty and advocacy
- Develop and coach your direct report
- Represent the voice of the market back into the business
Requirements
You know the professional beauty industry well. You're comfortable working at the intersection of sales, education and brand — and you understand that the best results come from relationships built on genuine trust, not just a good pitch. You're self-directed and commercially minded. You don't wait for opportunities — you create them. You take ownership, follow through and know how to turn activity into results. You have experience managing distributor relationships in professional beauty, a feel for what makes salons tick, and ideally some experience leading or mentoring others. Most importantly, you believe growth happens through people.
