What You’ll Own
- Regional Oversight & Performance
- Drive performance across ~1+ branch in the Southeast region (and growing)
- Monitor branch KPIs, volume, and profitability
- Support new branch onboarding and ramp-up
- Partner with executive leadership on growth strategy
- Operational Excellence & Compliance
- Ensure all branches operate in full compliance with mortgage regulations
- Standardize processes, improve workflows, and maintain quality control
Requirements
- Active MLO License
- 5+ years in the mortgage industry with strong production background
- Prior experience managing multiple branches or teams
- Proven ability to drive volume and improve team performance
