Key job responsibilities
- Maintains and manages all aspects of physical security within the assigned region.
- Conducts detailed business audits to identify exposure to margin erosion, policy breakdowns, systemic issues, and shrink opportunities.
- Partners with Region Operations and Store Team Leaders to promote occupational safety and asset protection.
- Conducts financial and operational investigations related to Safety program compliance, margin erosion, profit loss, and dishonesty.
- Supports Store Operations objectives to enhance service, safety, and profitability.
- Manages the Global Asset Protection / Safety Communications and Awareness program throughout the Region.
- Builds region-specific shrink and accident reduction strategies and utilizes resources to achieve goals.
- Partners with the region's receiving team to ensure backroom compliance measures are being executed.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Criminal Justice, or equivalent experience in a related field
- 5+ years of Retail Asset Protection and Safety experience
- Wicklander-Zulawski (WZ) certification
Preferred Qualifications
- Loss Prevention Certified (LPC)
Pay
The base salary range for this position is $74,300.00 - $130,100.00 annually.
Schedule
This role is based out of a field site; however, the majority of time (~70%) will be spent traveling to store locations within the assigned region rather than working from the base office.
