About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of software developers and providing technical leadership in the development of new products and features.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of software developers in the design, development, testing, and deployment of new products and features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in software development and technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering or a related field.
• Experience leading a team of software developers.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or C++.

Qualifications

• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Knowledge of database management systems such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
