About the role
The FirstSteps Team is dedicated to providing evidence-based, behavior analytic treatment to children diagnosed with autism and related learning differences. Our mission is to support the growth and happiness of our clients and their families through a warm, supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Management of the Center including greeting and signing in/out of visitors and staff, answering and managing calls, inventory ordering, coordinating with technology and facilities manager, and creating and maintaining work and learning areas.
- Scheduling and room assignments for clinical activities, creating new hire training appointments, and confirming treatment session availability.
- Assisting with client and staff support needs, including tours, event assistance, and administrative tasks.
- Resource and culture ambassador, assisting with event planning, managing office tasks, providing training, and managing time off requests.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Experience with scheduling and inventory management
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to connect with and support clients and staff
