Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets within the assigned region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivating leads and converting them into accounts.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention levels.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to understand and communicate product features and benefits.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive activity, and potential market shifts.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, preparing reports and forecasts as required.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and changes in the market landscape, adapting sales strategies accordingly.
