Regional Account Executive
About the role
We are seeking a driven Account Executive to join our team and sell industry-leading IT and cloud solutions to businesses throughout our Milwaukee, Wisconsin market. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who has a proven track record of B2B sales success, specifically with technology solutions such as:
- Cloud Hosting
- Cybersecurity
- Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS)
- Server Colocation
- Managed Backups
- Disaster Recovery
Responsibilities
Identify, target, and generate new business opportunities in the Milwaukee area
Build and manage a robust pipeline of leads and prospective clients
Consult with companies on their technology needs, confidently presenting Expedient’s solutions
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure clients are fully supported throughout the sales process and beyond
Focus on prospecting, forecasting opportunities, pipeline development and closing deals based on individual and quarterly sales targets
Forecasting future sales based on trends and observations and meeting or exceeding quarterly sales quotas
Develop, prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations while partnering with dedicated Solutions Architect
Partner with Lead Generation teams and Channel Partner teams to generate leads and turn them into Expedient clients
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience selling cloud solutions to businesses in the Milwaukee area AND the extended region
- Successful methodology for prospecting and lead generation to grow the sales pipeline of new business
- Demonstrated success in B2B technology sales, especially within IT services or cloud solutions
- Aptitude for quickly learning new technology concepts and communicating value to technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent relationship-building and consultative selling skills
- Self-motivated, driven, and able to work well independently
- Success in sales, consistently overachieving assigned quota
