What You Will Do
- Build a sales team from the ground up with an aggressive hunter personality (preferably familiar with the nuances of construction and expeditionary traffic control.)
- Will be primarily engrossed in building a book of business (vs inheriting one.)
- Manage an effective sales pipeline and inventory of products.
- Develop and maintain working relationships with new and existing customers.
- Regularly contact branch managers and customers to discuss upcoming and ongoing projects.
- Manage and exceed KPIs and targets.
- Collect required documents for sales transactions.
- Cook up the hand-off of sales to appropriate personnel; will eventually be involved in the hiring and selection of future salespeople.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of US Military experience required.
- Will need an aggressive Hunter personality who KNOWS they want sales!
- Knowledge of construction and expeditionary traffic control preferred.
Education And Work Experience
- Client-facing role; must maintain a professional appearance.
Pay
- $70,000-90,000 (+ 5% Commission on Gross Profit + company vehicle/gas card)
