Region Coordinator
Location: Remote – Texas (Dallas/Fort Worth Metro or Waco)
About the role
As a Region Coordinator at CBUSA, you’ll help independent builders increase their profitability by making their business operations smoother and more effective. You’ll support regional teams by keeping reporting accurate, vendor relationships strong, and CBUSA programs running efficiently. Your work directly helps builders access real savings and data-driven insights they can trust. Within a year, you’ll help streamline market operations and drive improvements that make a measurable difference for builder members.
Responsibilities
- Support region leaders by reviewing quarterly data, identifying trends, and assisting with trade partner recruitment.
- Maintain accurate membership records and manage contract documentation for new builders.
- Plan and coordinate monthly market meetings, ensuring strong builder and sponsor engagement.
- Guide builders and vendors through reporting, discrepancy resolution, and contract submission.
- Serve as the go-to contact for reporting questions and support customer service and accounting needs.
- Oversee discrepancy resolution to ensure members receive full credit on purchases.
- Gather program data from members and assist in managing national contract participation.
- Use AI tools and technologies to support productivity and decision-making, applying sound judgment and remaining accountable for the quality and accuracy of work.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the homebuilding industry required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in business operations is preferred.
- Ability to travel locally throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth metro and Waco as business needs require.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, along with Outlook and other web-based tools.

Pay
$50,000 - $65,000 per year
