Regal North Hills 14 - Full-Time Deputy General Manager - $24.00 Hourly

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Regular and consistent attendance
• Upholding and administering all Regal policies and brand standards
• Maintain cash management policies and procedures
• Monitor risk management
• Ensure food and alcohol safety
• Report accidents, incidents, and business interruptions
• Hire, train, develop, mentor, supervise, counsel, schedule, and terminate employees
• Train staff in specific positions
• Maintain projection and sound technology
• Manage kitchen and bar maintenance and sanitation
• Schedule and oversee necessary maintenance and repairs
• Maintain strict cost controls
• Control inventory and investigate inconsistencies
• Complete daily theatre and kitchen logs
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to Regal’s recipes
• Ensure guest satisfaction
• Count, deposit, and reconcile receipts
• Rotate stock items and restock kitchen
• Perform daily theatre inspections and corrective actions
• Rotate stock items and restock kitchen
• Ensure proper use of equipment
• Manage kitchen and bar cleanliness
• Follow dress code and maintain hygiene
• Complete management certification and obtain necessary certifications

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Degree in Business and/or equivalent, two years management or supervisory position with experience in restaurant or VIP/luxury theatre concept.
• Language Ability: Good public speaking skills, effective communication, listening, and explaining information.
• Math Ability: Perform calculations with speed and accuracy.
• Reasoning Ability: Identify problems, gather relevant data, evaluate information, recognize alternatives, and implement solutions.
• Computer Skills: Proven experience with PC platforms and knowledge of basic office programs.
• Physical Demands: Frequent standing, walking, sitting, using hands, reaching, talking, hearing, lifting up to 60 lbs, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and adjusting focus.
