Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Upholding and administering all Regal policies as outlined in Regal Policy Guide and Theatre Support Office directives.
- Ensure all cash management policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
- Control concession inventory shortages and spoilage levels.
- Hire, train, develop, supervise, counsel, schedule, and terminate employees, as required, in consultation with Human Resources Business Partners.
- Administer all applicable paperwork and uphold all company policies pertaining to Human Resources.
- Ensure required alcohol certification and training are current where applicable.
- Supervise all staff positions, including projection and audio-visual equipment, and ensure proper maintenance of film handling and equipment.
- Control costs, manage purchasing and ordering of supplies, and oversee inventory and auditing processes.
- Supervise theatre maintenance, including performing minor repairs and obtaining qualified personnel for larger concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness of the facility to Regal standards every day.
- Monitor risk management, including guest and team member safety, loss prevention, emergency situations, and accident handling.
- Manage guest relations, marketing, and promotions of feature film engagements, scheduling movie show times, and managing receipts.
- Read and understand training materials covering anti-harassment and discrimination.

Qualifications
- Two years of post-secondary education in Business or two years of management or supervisory experience.
- Working knowledge of all systems within the facility, including Booth and Projection technology, maintenance, programming, TMS operation, and related projection skills.
- If the theatre sells alcohol, must be of legal age to sell and serve alcohol according to state or local laws and complete required training on Regal Academy.
- Possess good public speaking skills, effective communication abilities, and the ability to listen, respond clearly, and explain information.
- Perform calculations with speed and accuracy and identify and correct errors.
- Identify problems, gather relevant data, and note possible causes of problems; evaluate information, recognize alternatives, and implement solutions.
- Interface effectively with customers, the public, and co-workers, and exhibit sensitivity to the feelings of others.
- Establish goals, budget time, and set priorities to achieve desired objectives.
- Install leadership traits in subordinates.
