About the role
This position is with the Civil Service Union (CSEA) and is NYS Pension eligible.
Responsibilities
- Operate and supervise Respiratory Therapy in assigned areas of Westchester Medical Center
- Assist in providing instruction in respiratory techniques to hospital staff and students
- Exercise supervision over a number of respiratory therapists, technicians, and students
Requirements
- Possession of a valid license and current registration issued by the New York State Education Department as a Respiratory Therapist
- Possession of registration as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), issued by the National Board for Respiratory Care
