Responsibilities

• Obtain 2D and 3D echocardiograms with color and Spectral Doppler at the patient’s bedside and in the Echo Lab
• Perform Stress Echocardiograms and Dobutamine Stress echocardiograms as requested
• Assist Cardiologist with TEE and Intracardiac Echo in the Cardiac Cath Lab
• Rotate hospital on-call schedule, arriving within 45 minutes of call
• Perform filing, data entry into the computer, answer phones, and give reports to physicians

Requirements

• Preferably 3–5 years experience in echocardiography including 2D Doppler, Color Doppler, and TEE
• RDCS or RCIS certification
• Must obtain ARDMS or CCI certifications for Adult Echocardiography as required by each entity within 6 months of employment
• Some higher education other than high school preferred

Pay & Schedule

PRN position with variable schedule. Hourly rate range: $34.00 – $56.00.
