Refurbishing Coordinator-Part-Time

Responsibilities
- Cook up all auction and non-auction refurb activities
- Coordinate with up to ten mechanics at once (vendors)
- Communicate with Territory Managers, Customers/Consigners, and suggest refurb needed on all equipment
- Collaborate with the Equipment Manager to arrange pictures of completed items
- Occasionally take on inspection duties when no inspectors are present
- Manage work orders and ensure all items are completed in a sale (lot sizes vary)
- Tackle strategic account work orders for both sales and private treaty
- Keep track of invoices to ensure they align with cost sheets
- Inspect cost sheets for accuracy and completeness of all work
- Handle mechanical issues promptly after the sale
- Support RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety: to send everyone home safely every day
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Two or more years of mechanical or service background
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong time-management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build strong relationships
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to set priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision
- Effective teamwork and collaboration skills
- Physical stamina to work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, wet, dry)
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends during peak auction periods
- Commitment to growing Auction and Non-auction refurb by 10 percent each quarter
