Refurbishing Coordinator-Part-Time

Responsibilities

• Cook up all auction and non-auction refurb activities
• Coordinate with up to ten mechanics at once (vendors)
• Communicate with Territory Managers, Customers/Consigners, and suggest refurb needed on all equipment
• Collaborate with the Equipment Manager to arrange pictures of completed items
• Occasionally take on inspection duties when no inspectors are present
• Manage work orders and ensure all items are completed in a sale (lot sizes vary)
• Tackle strategic account work orders for both sales and private treaty
• Keep track of invoices to ensure they align with cost sheets
• Inspect cost sheets for accuracy and completeness of all work
• Handle mechanical issues promptly after the sale
• Support RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety: to send everyone home safely every day
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Two or more years of mechanical or service background
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong time-management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build strong relationships
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to set priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision
• Effective teamwork and collaboration skills
• Physical stamina to work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, wet, dry)
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends during peak auction periods
• Commitment to growing Auction and Non-auction refurb by 10 percent each quarter
