Refrigeration Technician - Evening Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor refrigeration system components.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repair as scheduled.
• Troubleshoot and repair various pieces of equipment.
• Support and provide training to other IMTs.
• Interpret specifications, blueprints, schematics, and work orders.
• Suggest changes to increase equipment uptime and optimize performance.
• Act in accordance with Butterball’s core values.
• Work independently and utilize time efficiently.
• Adhere to company policies, including safety and food safety regulations.
• Accurately track work assignments, account for parts, and complete required paperwork.
• Perform all duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• 2 years of previous experience working in at least one maintenance discipline.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Certificate/Diploma in Industrial Maintenance or similar area strongly preferred.
