Refrigeration/HVAC Supervisor, Grocery Retail Full-Time | Non-Union | Schedule Monday through Friday, with some weekends and holidays Salary Range $80,000-$95,000 Employment Type Full-time, permanent On-Call Participation in the supervisor on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies Position Summary The Refrigeration/HVAC Supervisor oversees refrigeration and HVAC repair and maintenance activities, supports preventive maintenance efforts, supervises a team of more than 10 employees, and helps ensure work orders and emergency service needs are addressed in a timely manner. Essential Responsibilities · Perform repairs and maintenance associated with refrigeration and HVAC systems. · Complete work orders and apply corrective and preventive measures in a timely manner. · Assist the maintenance team with repairs and preventive maintenance tasks. · Supervise and provide day-to-day leadership for a team of more than 10 employees. · Participate in the supervisor on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies. · Use knowledge of refrigeration and building control systems, including light programming, to support system operation and repairs. · Support asset management activities related to refrigeration and HVAC equipment. Requirements Required Qualifications · EPA refrigeration certification. · Refrigeration and HVAC experience. · Minimum of three years of relevant experience. · Knowledge of refrigeration and building controls, including light programming. · Asset management experience or knowledge. · Demonstrated core leadership skills.
