Refrigerant Market Manager
About the role
You will develop and implement commercial strategies to drive refrigerant sales growth, including market segmentation and identification of key opportunities.
Lead, motivate, and train the sales team, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge required to achieve established sales objectives.
Develop specific strategies for launching and positioning new generations of refrigerants in the market, addressing customer needs and regulatory changes.
Manage and monitor import permits and other regulatory requirements affecting refrigerant commercialization.
Conduct ongoing market studies to identify trends, competitors, and new business opportunities, recommending corrective actions when significant market variations occur.
Maintain close relationships with key customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty while developing new business opportunities.
Monitor sales performance, prepare performance reports, and present results to executive management.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless customer service and compliance with corporate protocols.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of five years of sales experience, preferably in chemical products, refrigerants, or related industries
- In-depth knowledge of the refrigerants market and industry dynamics
- Strong B2B sales management and strategic negotiation skills
- Proven ability to develop and execute long-term sales strategies
- Familiarity with regulatory permits, product import processes, and international chemical regulations
- Advanced proficiency with technology tools for market analysis and sales tracking
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and team-building skills with a customer-oriented mindset
Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency with technology tools for market analysis and sales tracking, including CRM systems and data analytics tools
