Job Summary

The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in healthcare settings such as case management, nursing, coding, billing, and medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple referral platforms
• Summarize patient referrals using medical terminology
• Collaborate between accepting SNF and referral source
• Ensure internal and external customers' needs are met
• Accurately complete referral workflows
• Data entry of referrals
• Conversions of referrals to admissions
