Referral Rep - Outpatient Cardiology, Part-Time

Responsibilities

• Processes all referral requests for the practice, including in-office and telephone requests for primary care physician to specialist physician referrals.
• Ensures referrals are handled in accordance with individual office protocol while following mandated insurance guidelines.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required.
• Associate's Degree Preferred.
• 2 years of related experience, preferably in a medical office setting Required (or Associate's degree can be substituted in lieu of experience requirement).
