What You'll Do

  • Recruit and onboard individuals and small lead-generation organizations into our referral partner program.
  • Build and scale a multi-layer referral network that expands our ability to generate company leads.
  • Develop outreach strategies to identify and attract high-potential referral partners.
  • Educate partners on referral processes, incentives, and best practices.
  • Manage partner onboarding, activation, engagement, and ongoing communication.
  • Configure and manage custom referral fee structures when applicable.
  • Create playbooks, training materials, and resources that help partners successfully grow their own referral networks.
  • Track partner activity, referral volume, activation rates, and network growth metrics.
  • Identify top-performing partners and develop strategies to increase their contribution.
  • Work closely with leadership and growth teams to optimize referral programs and partner incentives.
  • Continuously improve processes that increase referral network expansion and company acquisition outcomes.

What We Look For

  • Experience in partnerships, affiliate programs, referral programs, community building, business development, or network-driven growth.
  • Proven ability to recruit, activate, and manage external partners.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Experience working with incentive-based or performance-driven partner ecosystems.
  • Comfortable with outbound outreach and partner acquisition.
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through and operational discipline.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to track performance and optimize programs.
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-moving, high-ownership environments.

Preferred

  • Experience building referral, affiliate, ambassador, or partner networks.
  • Experience working with lead-generation organizations or independent business development partners.
  • Familiarity with partner management, CRM, and referral tracking tools.
  • Experience in recruiting, staffing, AI, technology, marketplaces, or growth-focused organizations.
  • History of scaling partner ecosystems that produced measurable business outcomes.
