Responsibilities
- Organize and plan their day/week in advance.
- Set up meetings with new law firms, follow up calls and emails.
- Remain engaged with all Active and Prospective accounts.
- Utilize oversight over their leads to ensure they are being handled in the most effective manner.
- Attend all sales meetings, events, and internal training seminars.
- Acquire an abundance of leads.
- Meet and engage with all Accounts/Referral partners.
- Prospecting and meeting firms daily in-person.
- Consistently beat expectations and goals.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Track and record metrics throughout the sales process.
- Meet and exceed financial goals.
- Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge.
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED, required.
- A Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
- 3+ years of Business Development or Account Management Experience, preferably in Legal Sales.
- Established relationships with PI firms in the area.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions.

Pay
- This position is a base salary + generous bonus structure.
Schedule
- This position requires the Referral Manager to be located within an hour of Birmingham.
