About the role

The Referral Management Specialist obtains and processes signed physician orders/referrals to ensure accurate clinical documentation for care delivery, specialty, and outpatient ancillary referrals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• One year of work experience in either patient services, medical reception, or call/customer service center (preferably in a medical environment)
