Referral Management Specialist
The Referral Management Specialist obtains and processes signed physician orders/referrals to ensure accurate clinical documentation for care delivery, specialty and outpatient ancillary referrals.
Minimum Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- One year of work experience in patient services, medical reception, or call/customer service center (preferably in a medical environment)
