Referral Intake Coordinator

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Send out new referrals received through the web portal
• Enter leads into Point Click Care (PCC)
• Support the business development team
• Data entry

Qualifications

• College degree preferred (but not necessary)
• Familiarity with long-term care and/or health care services useful
• Presents professional image through appearance, behavior and speech
