Lilac Center · North Kansas City, MO · 1 mo ago
RemoteRemoteHealthcare$22–$24/hrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: Use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we must only include sections when posting has real specific content. We have: - Job Summary (maybe "About the role"? Actually job summary is description; we can treat as About the role? The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can map content accordingly. We have sections: Job Summary (maybe About the role). Responsibilities: includes Referral Management, Intake and Scheduling, Care Coordination, Customer Service and Communication, Documentation and Compliance, Performance Indicators. Requirements: includes Requirements (list). Qualifications: maybe same as Requirements? Actually they have "Requirements" heading with bullet list. Also they have "About Lilac Center" which could be "About the role"? But they also have "About Lilac Center" describing organization. Could be "About the role" or maybe we treat "About Lilac Center" as "About the role"? The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, etc. So we can have:

About the role

with job summary paragraph.

Responsibilities

with
  • items for each bullet under the subheadings? We need to preserve all substantive info. Could combine subheadings as list items. We have subheadings: Referral Management, Intake and Scheduling, Care Coordination, Customer Service and Communication, Documentation and Compliance, Performance Indicators. We can embed them as list items with maybe bold? But we must only use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can create a
        where each
      • contains the subheading and its details. That is acceptable.

        Requirements

maybe for the "Requirements" section (the bullet list). Or we could split Qualifications and Skills. The posting has "Requirements" heading with bullet list of qualifications. Also there is "Intake Coordinator Qualifications" paragraph before that. Actually after Performance Indicators they have "Compensation And Benefits" then "Requirements" then "Intake Coordinator Qualifications". The "Requirements" heading includes bullet list of qualifications. Then after that they have "Intake Coordinator Qualifications" which is a paragraph describing qualifications (similar). Might be duplicate. We need to preserve all substantive info, not duplicate. We can combine. We also have "Compensation And Benefits" section with compensation and benefits list. So we need Pay and Benefits sections. According to rule: include Pay and Benefits sections only if posting actually states them. It does: Compensation: $22- $24 per hour; paid bi-weekly. Then benefits list. So we need

        Pay

        with paragraph about compensation.

        Benefits

        with
        • list. Schedule: posting includes Schedule: Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am and 5pm. So we need

          Schedule

with paragraph. We also have Location: This is an in-person position based out of our North Kansas City, MO clinic. Could be part of About the role or maybe separate? Not required heading. Could embed in About the role paragraph. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO etc. At end there is EEO statement; we must remove. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Thus final HTML:

          About the role

... job summary plus location ...

We could also have Skills section but not needed; we can omit if no specific skills beyond those in Requirements. The instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can skip Skills.

          $22- $24 per hour; paid bi-weekly.

          Schedule

Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am and 5pm.

We also need to include location maybe in About the role paragraph. Let's craft About the role paragraph: "The Intake and Referral Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for individuals seeking behavioral health services and for referral sources within the community. This position is responsible for managing referrals for individual therapy and group therapy programs, ensuring timely coordination of services, verifying eligibility, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating access to appropriate clinical care. The Referral Coordinator works closely with clinicians, intake staff, external providers, and clients to support a seamless referral and scheduling process. This is an in-person position based out of our North Kansas City, MO clinic." Make sure no extra fluff. Now output only HTML fragment. Check for any boilerplate removed: We removed EEO etc. Also removed "Compensation And Benefits" heading (we used Pay and Benefits). Removed duplicated lines. Check that we didn't include any "About Lilac Center" description. That is extra info about organization; is it substantive? It describes the organization, maybe relevant to role. Should we include? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The "About Lilac Center" paragraph is substantive info about the employer. Should we include it? Possibly under About the role or a separate section like "About the organization". But allowed headings list includes About the role only. Could we incorporate that paragraph into About the role? It describes the organization, not the role. But we could add a separate

          About the organization

but not in allowed list. However instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says e.g., implying those are examples, not exclusive? It says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Likely they expect only those headings. So we should not add other headings. We could fold the About Lilac Center info into About the role paragraph as extra context. That would preserve the info. Let's do that: add a sentence about Lilac Center. Thus About the role paragraph will include job summary + location + description of Lilac Center. Let's craft:

The Intake and Referral Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for individuals seeking behavioral health services and for referral sources within the community. This is an in-person position based out of our North Kansas City, MO clinic. The Lilac Center is a leading outpatient mental health practice dedicated to helping individuals overcome emotional and behavioral challenges through compassionate, evidence-based care, with a focus on Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and integrated treatment approaches, serving adolescents and adults across multiple locations in Kansas and Missouri.

That preserves all. Now ensure no duplicate content: We have not repeated the compensation line elsewhere. Check that we didn't include "Compensation And Benefits" heading; we used Pay and Benefits. Check that we didn't include "Requirements" heading duplicate with "Intake Coordinator Qualifications". We combined into Requirements list
