About the role

The Centre Social (affiliated to the Federation of Social Services in Isère) of the city of Eybens, a municipality of 10,000 inhabitants located in the first ring of Grenoble Alpes Métropole, which benefits from a strong economic dynamism and a lively community life, has developed a wide range of public services. The new mandate of a municipal team renewed through a citizen-driven and collaborative dynamic is based on a triple ambition: making the City of Eybens an ecological, sustainable, and solidarity-based community. Its social action is carried out by the CCAS within which the Centre Social implements a project that will be renewed in 2027, starting from two Houses of Residents.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the support to school attendance and the Program for Educational Success (PRE) and acts as a reference for the PRE journey, in a holistic approach towards the child and their family, aiming to promote educational success.
• Works within the Family sector, coordinating the support to school attendance, organizing, piloting, and ensuring the overall follow-up of these support measures. Assures links with families and schools. Co-organizes educational and cultural events with the pedagogical coordinator. Ensures administrative and financial follow-up of the program.
• Coordinates the Program for Educational Success (PRE). Coordinates the program and its links with socio-educational actors in the territory. Implements and animates operational bodies: expanded multidisciplinary support teams (EPSE). Carries out the evaluation of the program, prepares and organizes the steering committee, reports on the results of the actions.
• Supports children and adolescents in difficulty by mobilizing adapted programs to their educational, social, and health needs (PRE reference). Evaluates the overall situation of the child: conducts interviews with the family, the child, and professionals to identify needs. Develops a personalized care plan. Supports parental care and individual family support. Writes regular reports.
• Participates in center social activities and mobilizes residents. Initiates and participates in center social events. Promotes center social activities among families. Participates in public reception and the "going forward" approach. Participates in social monitoring.
• Participates in CCAS and social, educational, and cultural pole missions. Develops and animates parental support actions in collaboration with the CCAS and partners. Contributes to the Territory Education Network.

You are able to lead and supervise group workshops for children with diverse backgrounds.

You are able to lead and supervise volunteer networks.

You are able to write notes, information for the public, communications, etc.
