Reference Data Management Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of reference data management projects from start to finish
• Define and maintain data standards and governance frameworks
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document reference data requirements
• Oversee data modeling, mapping, and integration efforts for reference data
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and dependencies across teams
• Ensure data quality through validation rules and monitoring
• Drive adoption of reference data tools and best practices organization-wide

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Business, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in data management, governance, or reference/master data
• Knowledge of healthcare data concepts and compliance-driven data controls
• Experience with data lifecycle management and issue remediation
• Proven leadership in complex, cross-functional projects
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks and management tools
• Excellent stakeholder management skills

Pay

$117,600 – $161,700 annually
