Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Product Knowledge
- Oversee daily store operations
- Merchandise, manage inventory, and handle product launches
- Analyze performance data and identify growth opportunities
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales
- Manage financial oversight, cash handling, and audits
- Comply with policies and procedures
- Team & Organizational Success
- Partner with marketing on local events, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
- Hire, train, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Create a collaborative, accountable, performance-driven culture
- Ensure team stays current on products, promotions, and technology updates
- Customer Experience
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and NPS standards
- Resolve escalated customer concerns quickly and professionally
- Keep the team updated on products, promotions, and technology updates
- 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in wireless, broadband, or consumer electronics
- Proven success driving sales, leading high-performing teams, and using performance metrics
- Strong leadership, communication, coaching, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Telecom/wireless industry knowledge preferred
- High school diploma or GED; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within a 35-mile radius
