Redemption Center Associate

Bottle and Can Retrieval Centers is recruiting for Full-Time and Part-Time Redemption Center Associates at our Clifton Park, NY location.

Schedule

• Full-Time: $19/HR – Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday: 10am-6:30pm
• Part-Time: $18/HR – Sunday 8:30am-2:30pm, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday 12pm-6:30pm

Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with recycling of bottles, cans, and plastic beverage containers.
• Process and count beverage containers manually or using technology.
• Use a cash register to complete customer transactions.
• Process and store bottles and cans in an orderly fashion.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment around all work areas.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication).
• Experience in a customer service field.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation.
