This opening is exclusively for enrolled members of the Redding Rancheria Tribe (ages 11-23).
About the role
Tribal Youth have the opportunity to gain valuable work experience/career training by working for the Redding Rancheria or one of its economic enterprises. Typically, Tribal Youth employment occurs during the summer break but this program is offered year round. There are no restrictions on the maximum number of hours they can work.
Responsibilities
- Gain valuable work experience/career training
- Work for the Redding Rancheria or one of its economic enterprises
- Participate in diverse and enriching work experiences within the Tribe's operations
Requirements
- Enrolled member of the Redding Rancheria Tribe (ages 11-23)
- Regular ongoing work shifts and schedules
- Receive regular paychecks on the payroll schedule
