About the role
The State of Michigan is seeking an experienced REDCap Application Administrator/Application Support Specialist to provide operational and technical support for an existing REDCap environment hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the REDCap application
- Perform troubleshooting and resolve technical issues
- Manage application upgrades and patches
- Provide user support and training
- Coordinate with vendors for support and escalations
