Red Seal Mechanic

About the role

Orica is seeking a skilled Red Seal Mechanic to maintain and repair heavy equipment that supports our mining, quarrying, and oil & gas operations. In this field-based role, you will perform diagnostics, inspections, and repairs on mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems used in blasting and support services, ensuring maximum reliability and safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, inspections, and repairs on mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ensure maximum reliability and safety of heavy equipment used in mining, quarrying, and oil & gas operations.
• Work closely with operations and engineering teams to support blasting and support services.
• Follow strict safety and environmental standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
