About the role
Silco Fire & Security is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Recurring Revenue & Billing Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting the company’s recurring revenue operations by ensuring accurate and timely billing, maintaining customer service agreements and account information, and resolving billing-related questions. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across departments to ensure recurring revenue is accurately billed, tracked, and maintained.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for customers regarding billing inquiries, contact updates, and service-related issues.
- Collaborate with sales, customer service, and technical teams to ensure seamless coordination of RMR-related activities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer contracts, billing information, and recurring revenue history in the company and central station databases.
- Generate accurate and timely invoices for recurring services provided to customers.
- Continuously evaluate and improve RMR processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Prior experience in contract management, billing, or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
