Recruitment Specialist
About the role
We're looking for a full-cycle recruiter to own our hardest-to-fill US roles and bring modern talent sourcing and current recruitment tech-stack knowledge to the team, so we source smarter and compete harder for the candidates who aren't applying on their own. You'll be our recruiting presence in New York, hiring across our US teams.
Responsibilities
- Run US roles end to end: intake, sourcing, screening, references, offer
- Own the US side of the process, running it in line with local legal requirements, market standards, and best practice
- Build pipelines through direct outreach
- Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to keep searches moving
- Handle the difficult conversations yourself: comp gaps, competing offers, start dates
- Contribute to our employer branding in the US: candidate experience, market presence, and how we show up to talent
- Get involved in wider HR and cross-team projects beyond your own requisitions
Requirements
- You've owned the end-to-end process independently, learned from the mistakes that come with it, and don't need close supervision to run a role well
- Experience recruiting in a SaaS or tech company, ideally one going through scale-up growth at a size similar to ours
- Proactive sourcing experience you can demonstrate
- Current AI fluency in sourcing and screening: you know where it helps and where it doesn't, and you bring methods to the team
- Composure with senior stakeholders and comfort working across US and European time zones
- ATS experience (we use Workable)
Don't meet every single requirement? Studies have shown that women and people of colour are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every single qualification. At Usercentrics we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace, so if you're excited about this role but your past experience doesn't align perfectly with every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
Benefits
- 18 days of paid vacation per calendar year
- 40 hours of paid sick leave per calendar year
- Paid Family Leave under New York law
- Health, Dental and Vision insurance in accordance with the Company's plan
- 401(k) plan
- Fun & engaging company events
- Development budget
- Flexible working hours, hybrid working and the possibility of workcations (in accordance with our company policy)
- Personal development budget and job-related language courses
