About the role
At Allegis Global Solutions (AGS), we help companies transform their people into a competitive advantage. The Recruitment Relationship Manager II leads the successful fulfillment of open vacancies, acts as the first point of contact for hiring managers, and partners with offshore Recruitment Sourcing Specialists (RSSs) and Recruitment Coordinators (RCs). You will drive best practices across the recruitment lifecycle, mentor junior team members, and serve as an ambassador for the AGS brand.
Responsibilities
- Undertake recruitment activities with a focus on direct sourcing.
- Understand the recruitment delivery process to ensure account KPIs are met.
- Communicate recruitment trends, market intelligence, and act as a Talent Advisor to hiring managers.
- Partner with AGS internal Centers of Excellence (COEs) and shared services groups to navigate client needs.
- Manage stakeholders to prevent escalations and develop proactive solutions for roadblocks.
- Act as a “talent advisor” to client stakeholders, providing consultative and strategic solutions.
- Identify and escalate risk or compliance issues.
- Adapt to client, market dynamics, and industry trends.
- Manage requisitions through accurate documentation of recruitment-related data in compliance with legislation and client processes.
- Provide recruitment guidance to Recruitment Sourcing Specialists and Recruitment Coordinators in offshore delivery centers.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment activity for accurate volume forecasting.
- Coach candidates on preparation for selection stages and provide timely, professional feedback.
- Utilize specialist market knowledge to develop and manage pre-qualified Talent Pools with Recruitment Sourcing Specialists.
- Meet or exceed all SLAs and KPIs related to the client and role.
- Coach, lead, and mentor RSSs, Talent Assessors (TAs), and RCs assigned to the account.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment within the staffing industry or Corporate HR, preferably with a global organization.
- Prior experience conducting behavioral-based interviews for a variety of roles.
- Ability to understand and enact MSAs and SOWs.
- Experience managing multiple searches and stakeholders at different stages of the recruitment lifecycle simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of analytics and ability to translate data into actionable results.
- Ability to influence without authority.
- Demonstrated experience creating and implementing sourcing plans.
- Thorough knowledge of OFCCP compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Prior experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ability to write client-oriented communications (e.g., emails, job descriptions).
- Ability to give presentations to client groups ranging from 1 to 15 people.
- Tertiary qualification in business or a related discipline is highly desirable; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
