Recruitment Marketing Specialist

Enterprise Mobility's Global Communications team is seeking a Recruitment Marketing Specialist to bring a passion for storytelling, talent attraction, and creating meaningful candidate experiences. As a trusted partner to internal stakeholders and an advocate for the employer brand, you will strengthen how we connect with internal candidates and talent worldwide. This includes bringing our unique culture to life through engaging and impactful careers storytelling across earned, owned, and paid channels. You will also support various recruitment marketing strategies and projects globally to reach both passive and active job seekers.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and fulfill recruitment marketing requests to support hiring needs across all brands and positions.
• Support the development and delivery of impactful storytelling and content for a wide variety of channels to meet local and global hiring needs, including managing content creation—from ideation and identifying internal contributors to producing, coordinating photo/video shoots, reviewing, editing, and finalizing content.
• Manage the content calendar to schedule and publish content across all appropriate channels.
• Coordinate the development and implementation of communications to support recruitment marketing strategies, including employee advocacy, internal mobility, employee referral programs, and campus recruiting, in close collaboration with communications colleagues to ensure consistent messaging and alignment.
• Provide end-to-end project management of recruitment marketing efforts, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Provide community management support for the organization’s career-specific social media channels.
• Maintain employer profiles on job boards and review sites to ensure strong positioning for potential candidates.
• Ensure all creative complies with brand guidelines and legal requirements before use.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of recruitment marketing efforts to enhance effectiveness and inform future activity.
• Organize and maintain systems for asset management, including digital asset ordering systems, photo and video archives, print and promotional item ordering sites, project request databases, and shared department drives.
• Support the preparation and submission of award entries to elevate the organization’s position as an employer of choice by gathering content, coordinating inputs, and ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
• Assist in supporting other recruitment marketing initiatives and projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (Communications or Marketing preferred).
• 2+ years of communications, recruitment marketing, creative marketing, and/or marketing agency experience along with project management experience.
• 1+ years of editorial, copywriting, or journalistic writing experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Working knowledge of creative tools preferred (e.g., Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Cloud products including Premiere Pro).
