Recruitment Marketing Digital Media Specialist
Position Summary
As a Recruitment Marketing & Digital Media Specialist, you'll own the strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting of paid digital campaigns designed to help employers attract qualified candidates. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex advertising challenges, digging into campaign performance, testing new strategies, and continuously improving results across multiple advertising platforms. You'll work closely with our Account Management, Strategy, and sometimes Creative teams to develop innovative recruitment marketing campaigns for enterprise employers across North America and beyond.
What You'll Do
- Digital Advertising Strategy
- Develop recruitment marketing strategies aligned to client hiring goals
- Recommend channel mix, audience strategies, budget allocation, and campaign structure
- Build media recommendations that maximize employer brand awareness and candidate acquisition
- Campaign Management
- Plan, launch, manage and optimize campaigns across:
- Google Ads
- Meta
- LinkedIn Ads
- Reddit Ads
- YouTube
- Demand Gen
- Display
- Programmatic Advertising
- Geofencing
- Remarketing campaigns
- Campaign Optimization
- You'll continually improve campaign performance through:
- Audience testing
- Creative testing
- Budget optimization
- Bid strategy adjustments
- Keyword optimization
- Landing page recommendations
- Conversion rate optimization
- Application quality analysis
- Analytics & Reporting
- Build reporting dashboards in Looker Studio
- Analyze campaign performance
- Translate data into recommendations
- Maintain attribution and conversion tracking
- Present campaign insights internally and to clients
- Tracking & Measurement
- Implement and troubleshoot:
