What You'll Do
- Lead and Build a Recruiting Team
- Partner with leadership to hire, onboard, and develop a team of K-12 education recruiters
- Design and execute training and ramp-up programs that accelerate recruiter productivity
- Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Coach and Develop Recruiters
- Conduct regular one-on-ones, pipeline reviews, and coaching sessions
- Maintain an Individual Recruiting Desk
- Source, recruit, and place education professionals nationwide
- Build and manage a pipeline of special education, therapy, and school support professionals
- Conduct candidate interviews and qualification calls
- Negotiate compensation packages and assignment details
- Partner with sales and credentialing teams to successfully place candidates and ensure smooth onboarding
- Maintain strong relationships with active and passive candidates for future opportunities
- Drive Operational Excellence
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation within recruiting systems
- Monitor team compliance with recruiting processes and standards
- Forecast pipeline activity, production, and hiring results
- Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and leadership teams to support division growth
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or a related field
- Proven success in a metrics-driven environment
- Experience sourcing, qualifying, closing, and negotiating with candidates
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience leading, mentoring, training, or coaching recruiters
- Healthcare staffing or education staffing experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience working within applicant tracking systems and CRM platforms
