Job Summary

The Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Thiruvananthapuram invites applications for a Project Assistant position under the MOF-Nanocellulose Hybrid Composite Materials for CO2 Capture and Separation Applications project. The Institute seeks a candidate with an MSc in Chemistry or BS-MS in Chemical Sciences with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent in grade points, graduated on or after 2024.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research related to nanocellulose hybrid composite materials for CO2 capture and separation applications.
• Participate in experimental work including sample preparation, data collection, and analysis.
• Collaborate with other researchers and contribute to the development of new methodologies and technologies.

Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification: MSc in Chemistry or BS-MS in Chemical Sciences with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent in grade points, graduated on or after 2024.
• Desirable qualifications: Previous experience in Chemistry-based research projects.
