About the role
Support the delivery of the career and talent management strategy across the organisation, focusing on recruitment and career paths of high-quality staff.
Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of timely, fair and effective recruitment campaigns;
- Actively manage company resource plans in line with business needs;
- Ensure recruitment documentation is issued to the required timescales and to the highest standard, accurately reflecting terms and conditions offered by the company;
- Manage the provision of an effective assessment service for operational colleagues, complying to national industry standards;
- Manage the new starter process by collaborating with the Recruitment Admin team for all successful candidates, ensuring all onboarding documentation is received in line with UK legislation and any other national industry requirements, and updating relevant recruitment and HR systems accordingly;
- Continuous improvement of customer-focused, cost-effective and innovative recruitment solutions using a range of techniques and in line with the latest research;
- Arrange and conduct bespoke assessment centres for recruitment purposes to effectively assess the required competencies.
Requirements
Demonstrable experience of working in a similar role;
Experience of delivering Assessment Centres and being qualified in Level A & B, BPS Psychometric testing or willingness to undertake training within the first 3 months;
Experience of recruiting for high volume roles with challenging timescales;
Experience of designing and delivering innovative recruitment solutions;
Demonstrable experience of using Applicant Tracking Systems;
Welsh Language Skills - While not essential, Welsh language skills would be a great addition to your application.
