About the role
Conduct ongoing research to build Partner pipelines aligned to priority sectors, practices, and markets as set by executive leadership, and conduct Director research as needed.
Join hiring intake discussions with Senior Hiring team, Americas Hiring Leaders and Managing Partner, Americas; develop appropriate sourcing strategy, search terms, and target companies.
Draft talking points and external key messages to help prospective candidates understand the opportunity; route for approval with Senior Hiring team and Hiring Leaders.
Cook up regular touchpoints and prepare meeting agendas for Senior Hiring team and Hiring Leaders to review research and refine candidate pipelines.
Refine sourcing and search strategy based on Hiring Leaders’ feedback; use “benchmark” profiles to optimize research results.
Cook up and schedule senior hiring interviews with efficiency, discretion, and careful consideration of the appropriate briefing information with both internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain meticulous records of candidate interactions and feedback within ATS; handle record-keeping with a strong focus on maintaining confidentiality.
Build internal trust via frequent communication, detailed progress updates and transparency.
Demonstrate quality and attention to detail, pace, accuracy and flexibility to move seamlessly between multiple searches and client groups.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with talent research and sourcing strategy, preferably within a fast-paced executive search firm
- Functional expertise in recruiting candidates for financial and/or crisis communications, corporate affairs, public relations or strategic management consulting
- Proven success in sourcing senior or executive-level candidates, juggling multiple requisitions and clients in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail, exceptional project and time management, and written and verbal communication skills
- Accustomed to working with senior executives and presenting with poise and professionalism
- Preference for experience using the Greenhouse ATS, Microsoft Office
