Recruitment Analyst, Multi-Level Hiring
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to decide which sections have content. We have: - About the role: list of duties (research, intake, outreach, coordinate, refine, schedule, maintain records, build trust, demonstrate quality). That's responsibilities. - What We're Looking For: requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years experience, functional expertise, proven success, high attention to detail, etc. Also preference for Greenhouse ATS, MS Office. That's qualifications/requirements. - Why Join Us: includes compensation and benefits: Base Pay range, Bonus eligibility, Benefits list (medical, dental, vision, disability, EAP, FSA, HSA, life insurance, commuter benefits, PTO, 401k, career training, employee discounts). Also Office Policy: in-person at least four days each week (schedule). Also mention about accommodation etc but that's boilerplate? Might be considered minor metadata; we can fold into a short p or drop. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The accommodation request line maybe not boilerplate but it's about accommodation; could keep as a short p? It's not a heading. Probably we can keep as a short p under maybe "Office Policy" or separate? But we have schedule section for in-person requirement. The accommodation request is more about process; could be considered application instruction? It says "To request an accommodation during our application and hiring process, email ..." That's application instruction; we should remove. Also the line about process may include virtual and in-person interviews, assessment; that's also application instruction; remove. Also the "About Brunswick" description is company overview; could be considered boilerplate? It's not required but maybe we keep as a short p? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The "About Brunswick" is substantive about the firm; we could keep as a short p under maybe no heading? But we need to output only HTML fragment; we can include a
with that description. However we should avoid creating sections with filler. We could just include a
after the sections. But we need to decide headings: About the role (maybe we treat as About the role). Responsibilities? The content under About the role is basically responsibilities; we could either have heading "About the role" and then a
- list. Or we could have heading "Responsibilities" and list. The instruction says use headings e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, etc. So we can choose either. Since we have a section titled "About The Role" in the posting, we should use that heading exactly:
- ... items.
Schedule: Office policy: in-person at least four days each week. Also maybe mention flexible? Not given. So
Schedule
withTeam members are expected to be in person (office or on-site with clients) at least four days each week.
We also have "Why Join Us" includes career training, employee discounts etc. Those are benefits; we already included them. We also have "Firm-sponsored 401(k) Plan with 3% automatic company contribution of base and bonus with an additional 1.5% profit share– immediate vesting." That's a benefit. Also "Generous Paid Time Off: 25 vacation days and 10 days sick leave, as well as 11 paid company holidays." That's benefit. Also "Career training and development opportunities." and "Employee discounts." Also "Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance. Disability insurance. Employee assistance program. Flexible spending account. Health savings account. Life insurance. Commuter Benefits." We'll combine all. We also have "Office Policy: At Brunswick, our work is a craft that thrives in teaching environments – whether in our offices or on-site with clients – through real-time observation, collaboration, human connection, clear guidance and by challenging one another to keep getting better. Our policy is that our team members are in person – either in the office or on-site with clients – at least four days each week. The firm will provide reasonable accommodation to qualified applicants or employees, as defined by applicable law." The first sentence about work being a craft is fluff; we could keep as a short p under maybe no heading? But it's somewhat generic; maybe we can drop as boilerplate? It's not legal/EEO but it's fluffy marketing. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. This is not exactly those; it's more about culture. Could keep as a short p under maybe no heading? But we already have schedule section; we could incorporate the first sentence into schedule section? Might be better to keep as a separateunder no heading? But we need to output only HTML fragment; we can include a
after schedule that describes the work environment. However the instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe we incorporate that description into the Schedule section as part of the paragraph. Thus Schedule section:

Brunswick’s work is a craft that thrives in teaching environments – through real-time observation, collaboration, human connection, clear guidance and by challenging one another to keep getting better.
Now About Brunswick description: "Brunswick is a global advisory firm..." That's company overview; could be considered substantive but not required for job posting; but we should preserve all substantive information. However it's somewhat generic but still about the firm. We could include aafter the sections describing the firm. But we might consider it boilerplate? It's not legal/EEO; it's about the firm. I'd keep it as a
at the end. Now we need to ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. We don't. We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers. Now produce HTML fragment:
