Recruitment AI Operations Intern

Join Jobright as a Recruitment AI Operations Intern and transform the job search experience by monitoring customer onboarding, analyzing candidate recommendations, and supporting operational improvements to enhance customer experience.

You’ll work at the intersection of AI, agents, and product, shaping how people experience AI-driven job search while building real, production AI agents used by actual users. Expect high ownership and impact in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor newly onboarded customers and support day-to-day operational follow-up.
• Review the quality of candidate recommendations for customer accounts and identify fit gaps or matching issues.
• Analyze patterns in recommendation quality, customer needs, and candidate fit.
• Facilitate client meetings to ensure clear and smooth communication.
• Summarize findings, feedback, and recurring issues in a clear and structured way.
• Support improvements to operational workflows, recommendation quality, and customer experience.
• Assist with ad-hoc analysis, reporting, and cross-functional projects as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in a client-facing or recruiting internship.
• Strong attention to detail and interest in recruiting or customer-facing AI products.
• Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong written communication skills, with the ability to clearly summarize findings and insights.
• Able to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Background or strong interest in recruiting, data analytics, operations, AI product, or related fields.
