Recruiting Workforce Manager

As a Recruiting Workforce Manager, you will serve as the liaison between client managers, the local office, and contract employees. This role involves managing the temporary workforce at the client site and maximizing profitability by understanding client needs and providing quality contractors.

Responsibilities

• Attend client production and staff meetings regularly.
• Maximize profitability by understanding client needs and delivering quality contractors.
• Manage the temporary workforce at the client site.
• Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary.
• Utilize Aerotek resources for conflict resolution.
• Perform various customer service-related activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred, not required).
• Customer or sales-focused experience.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment.

Pay

Base salary of $64,000 - $70,000 (based on experience) with a performance-based annual bonus potential of $2,000.
