Job Summary

Captures the attention of potential candidates through outbound and inbound calls to set interview appointments for hiring managers.

Job Description

• Make outbound calls to candidates in the current applicant tracking system – including but not limited to: existing applicants, sourced resumes, and licensed agent lists to set interview appointments
• Answer inbound calls from candidates inquiring about the job opportunity
• Use company systems to source, contact, engage and set appointments for qualified candidates
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency in entering data into the system

Requirements

• Professional telephone skills
• Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new programs
• Experience in a telemarketing or call center environment (Preferred)
