Overview
Kimley-Horn is seeking a Recruiter for its Charlotte, NC office. This position is not remote.
Responsibilities
- Lead efforts in experienced professional hiring across the firm
- Engage with top external talent and build candidate pipelines
- Develop tools to market Kimley-Horn as a great workplace
- Manage and coordinate recruiting program activities including: applicant tracking, employee referrals, recruitment projects, initiatives, improvements, updates, etc.
- Promote the Employee Referral Program internally
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel as needed
- Professional presence and charisma
- Able to create strong working relationships with internal and external staff
