Recruiting Specialist

Role Overview

As a recruiting specialist, you will play a vital role in sourcing and recruiting technical and consulting talent. You will make direct, meaningful connections with candidates and help them achieve their career aspirations. As part of a robust Talent Acquisition team, you will develop activities related to the recruitment of external applicants and maintain contacts with various employment sources to meet organizational staffing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach and engage with external prospects using provided tools.
• Conduct phone screens with prospective candidates.
• Document activity in the provided tools.
• Work with full lifecycle recruiters to schedule interviews.
• Track submittals, interviews, offers, and hires.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with recruiting, including sourcing and assessing high-demand candidates.
• 2+ years of experience recruiting in IT.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to provide consistent and high-quality service across multiple business units.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels within an organization.
• HS diploma or GED.

• Experience working in a professional services environment.
• Ability to produce expected results in a rapidly changing and fast-paced environment.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment to decide on appropriate priorities and procedures.
• Possession of analytical skills to solve problems of a sensitive nature.
• Possession of verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Workday or Avature.
• Bachelor's degree.
